Heritage Coteaux De Narbonne Rouge is a perfect blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah grape varieties from Narbonne vineyards. The grapes benefit from exceptional climate conditions and a limestone-clay terroir that allow them to ripen perfectly.
The grapes are handpicked and a double manual sorting is made before and after destemming. The grapes are then stored for 4 weeks in temperature-controlled vats. After fermentations, the wine is aged in vats for 8 months.
