Cune Blanco 2021 is made with a selection of the best Viura vines from the sub-areas of Rioja Alta and Rioja Alavesa, which combine ideal characteristics for growing vines.
Following cold maceration on skins, the grapes are pressed gently, and the must is transferred into stainless steel tanks where it is fermented at a controlled temperature. Once this process has been completed, the wine is clarified naturally for bottling and subsequent sale.
On the nose, it shows fresh fruits such as apples and pears intertwined with sweet bananas and some citrus notes. The palate is smooth and with a long finish sustained by its crisp acidity.
